Changing Your Order Selection
To change your selection before payment is made, simply click on your basket to
remove or add items.
To change your selection after the payment has been approved, the
entire order needs to be re-created. Please contact our Customer Service Team for
assistance with the cancellation before proceeding with a new order. Terms for Cancellations
apply.
Changing Recipient Particulars
Did you find out last minute that the intended recipient has moved, call us
and we will assist with changing the delivery address.
Changes must be made latest by 1pm on the business day before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please inform us within
24 hours of making the booking! Cancellation requests after the stipulated cut-off
time will not be accepted.
Corporate Users: Cancellations are not accepted for cheque payment once cheque has
been processed.
