Exchange Policy

Exchange of goods delivered are not allowed once the item is shipped unless it is damaged upon delivery. In the event the item(s) ordered do not arrive at their destination in good order, please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for an exchange and we will arrange to replace the damaged item(s) with a similar one at no charge. In the event we do not have the exact stock available, we will use our best efforts to replace the item with something of a similar or higher value and will inform you of such alternatives. If you do not agree to accept such alternative, the Refund Policy as stipulated above shall apply.
