Shipping and Delivery

- Mondays - Saturdays: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your order on the date selected,
we may encounter huge order loads (especially during festive seasons)
or unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the success of the delivery.
Under these circumstances, Serunai.com may make further arrangements to deliver outside
the selected date and/or the hours stipulated above.
Please make a note on the Delivery Instructions section if there are any special arrangements
that need to be made to accommodate the delivery. We will try to accommodate such
special arrangements on a best-efforts basis, although you will understand that
this is subject to considerations of practicality and feasibility.
As our drivers deliver to more than one recipient at every outing,
we apologize that we are currently unable to attend to specific time deliveries.
Delivery Areas
We are currently limited to delivery within the Klang Valley and Putrajaya.

Bulk delivery to areas outside Klang Valley and Putrajaya can be arranged through
our Customer Service at 03-89943336 or email us at CustomerService@Serunai.com.
Delivery Charges
A flat rate of RM30 will be charged for each order you make. However,
there is no limit to the number of items you may include within the same order.
Different delivery charges will be incurred for delivery outside Klang Valley and Putrajaya.

Undeliverable Items
In the event the recipient is not in at the point of delivery, our delivery staff
will take may either :-
- Attempt to contact the recipient to arrange for a re-delivery on the same day.
- Leave a note informing on his unsuccessful visit. This note will have a phone number
whereby the recipient can call to rearrange another time of delivery, subject to
considerations above. Our Customer Service Team will also follow up with recipient
the following day to arrange for a re-delivery.
We will make continuous attempts to contact the recipient for a period of 1 week
after the initial delivery attempt. In the event we are unable to contact the recipient,
our Customer Service team will be in touch with you to arrange for delivery to your
premises.
In the event the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, or returns the delivered
item, we will deliver the same returned item to your billing address.
