Your Account Obligations & Password Security

has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security of misuse
of the Serunai Site, we may require you to update your information, change your
password our we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current and
future use of the site.

thereby giving us consent to communicate with you electronically as well. We may

Making a Purchase
All products featured on Serunai are quoted and traded in Ringgit Malaysia only.
Credit card purchase is only available for individuals above the age of 18. Individuals
below the stipulated age may use Serunai only with the permission and/or involvement
of a parent or guardian. Serunai reserves the right to refuse service, terminate
accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. All
transactions which are cancelled by Serunai will be refunded accordingly.

Transfer of Your User Account
We will only recognise you, the user, as the operator of the Account opened with
Serunai. You are responsible for the operation of your user account, and the
same cannot be transferred, assigned or maintained on behalf of another person.

Serunai reserves the right at any time to change or modify these terms and conditions,
or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to,
adding fees and charges for use and amending the scope of services provided through
the site. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective
from the date of posting. You are to make due inquiries at the site to determine
such changes or modifications. Your continued use of this website after such posting
shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes, modifications or

services provided under Serunai if :-

in relation to Serunai; or
- we are obliged to comply with an order or instruction of any regulatory or judicial
authority;
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our services where such
delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control of the parties. Such
circumstances shall include but shall not be limited o strikes, lock-outs, work
stoppages, damage to production plant, acts of God, lightning ,earthquakes, floods,
storms, explosions, fires and any natural disaster, acts of war, terrorism, riots,
sabotage, and any law, order regulation or other action of any government authority,
regulatory body or agency thereof.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Malaysia.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The products made available through Serunai are provided on an “as is” and “as
available” basis, and we make no warranty in respect of the same. Except to the
extent prohibited by Malaysian law, any express or implied warranty, including those
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on the product is excluded.
Whilst we practice the Exchange Policy set out above, this must not be taken as
extending a warranty over and above that given by the manufacturer. WE SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR
DAMAGE) WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED OR INCURRED OR WHICH MAY ARISE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
IN RESPECT OF ANY PRODUCTS ORDERED UNDER SERUNAI.
